Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
This policy explains what information Insoluble Labs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our apps and games or visit insolublelabs.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. It covers every app we publish and this website. Each app has its own section below that lists exactly what that app collects.
Insoluble Labs is an independent developer based in Pakistan. You can reach us at support@insolublelabs.com.
Apps covered by this policy:
- Flying Roadster (Android package
com.insolublelabs.flyingroadster)
How we handle data in every app
- We collect only what an app needs to work, to stay free and to be fixed when it breaks.
- We never sell your personal information.
- Where the law requires your consent (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), you are asked before personalised ads or analytics start, and you can change your choice at any time.
- We share data only with the service providers named in each app’s section, who process it for us.
Flying Roadster
Flying Roadster has no accounts. It never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and it has no in-app purchases.
Stored on your phone
The game saves your progress, coins, unlocked items, missions, settings and a random identifier created when the game is first opened. This data stays on your device; uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it. The random identifier is not linked to your name or Google account. We use it to group crash reports and gameplay statistics from the same install.
Advertising: Google AdMob
The game is free and paid for by ads. Google AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads. This is used to show ads, measure them, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud. If you agree to personalised ads, it may also be used to show ads based on your interests.
Where consent is required, the game shows Google’s consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested. You can reopen it from Settings > Privacy options in the game. Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Analytics: Google Analytics for Firebase
We record gameplay events such as starting and finishing a run, distance and score, which world you played, missions completed, items unlocked with in-game coins and when an ad was shown. Firebase also collects an app instance ID, device model, operating system version, app version, language and approximate country. We use this to balance the game and to see which parts players enjoy. Where consent is required, analytics only starts after you agree, and stops if you withdraw consent.
The game also uses Firebase Remote Config to download game settings (for example difficulty tuning). This uses a Firebase installation ID.
Crash reports: Sentry
When the game crashes or hits an error, it sends a report to Sentry with technical details: the error and where it happened in the code, device model, operating system and app version, and the random install identifier. Reports do not include your name or email address. A small sample of sessions also sends performance timings.
Google Play services
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game may use it to sign you in automatically and keep a cloud copy of your progress in your Google account, so it can be restored on a new phone. The game may also ask Google Play to show a prompt to rate the game. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Permissions
The game asks Android only for internet access and network state, which ads, analytics and cloud save need. It does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, storage or location permissions.
How long data is kept
- Data on your phone: until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
- Analytics events: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Advertising data: as described in Google’s policies.
Service providers
- Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play services). Google Privacy Policy
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry), for crash reports. Sentry Privacy Policy
Where data is processed
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Change your ads and analytics consent in an app’s privacy options, where the app offers them.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone’s Android settings under Google > Ads.
- Delete everything an app stored on your phone by uninstalling it.
- Ask us to access or delete data linked to your install by emailing support@insolublelabs.com. Because our apps do not know who you are, we may ask for details that help us find the right data.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state laws in the US), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Our legal bases are your consent (personalised ads and analytics where consent is required) and our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving our apps (non-personalised ads, crash reports and app settings).
Children
Our apps are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
This website
insolublelabs.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Cloudflare, our host, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).
Security
Data sent by our apps travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we only use established providers and keep what we collect to a minimum.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we release a new app or change what an app collects, and change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also mention it in the app’s update notes.
